Chinese Mahjong—not Mahjong Solitaire
Welcome Mahjong focuses on traditional Chinese Mahjong played by four people around a table. It is a social game of tiles, strategy, memory, and conversation.
It is not the solo computer or phone matching game commonly called Mahjong Solitaire.

Local Play and Future Events
Welcome Mahjong is building opportunities for local play, beginning with a welcoming community of learners and players in Western New York.
Some gatherings will be designed for beginners and teaching. Others may be appropriate for players who already know the basics. Dates, locations, and sign-up information will be shared as sessions are organized.
